New Zealand welcomes New Year 2025 with celebrations

As the clock struck midnight on December 31, 2024, New Zealanders proudly became the first in the world to welcome 2025 with vibrant celebrations. Across the nation, festive spirit soared, with Auckland’s iconic Sky Tower stealing the show.  

In Auckland, the largest city in New Zealand, thousands of residents and tourists gathered at the waterfront to witness a breathtaking fireworks display.
